How does it work?
1. Submitting the form
- Download and print the withdrawal form
- Fill out the form carefully
- You can return this withdrawal form to us by email or by registered mail, accompanied by your signature and the date of sending (the date of the letter or email being authentic).
2. Product returns
- You have a maximum of 14 days after your withdrawal request to send the products concerned.
- Returned products must be in original condition, accompanied by their original packaging.
- The choice of carrier and return costs remain your responsibility.
3. Refund
Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the products in original condition.
