Which Savoie wine goes with which dish?

Savoie red wines go very well with menus based on chicken, grilled meats and Savoie cheeses (tomme, reblochon).

Savoie white wines are ideal accompaniments to river fish dishes, Savoyard specialties (raclette, Savoyard fondue) and Savoie cheeses (Tome des Bauges, Beaufort).

The rosé wines of Savoie are enjoyed as an aperitif and go wonderfully with a platter of Savoyard charcuterie.
