Your purchases reward you
At Cave de Cruet, your purchases are rewarded, whether you order from our online shop or directly at the cellar.
To ensure simple and reliable operation, the two loyalty programs are, however, independent:
- on the online shop, you earn Cruet Points, which can only be used on the site;
- at the cellar, you earn loyalty euros directly, which can only be used at the cellar.
Cruet Points earned on the site are therefore not added to your cellar loyalty balance. Likewise, euros accumulated at the cellar cannot be used on the online shop.
The online loyalty program is effective as of July 22, 2026. It is not retroactive: only orders placed from this date onwards allow you to earn Cruet Points.
How does the online loyalty program work?
To earn and use your Cruet Points, you must have a customer account on our online store. Create my customer account
1. You earn points with every order
For every order placed on our online store, you earn the equivalent of 5% of your purchase amount in the form of Cruet Points.
Examples:
- An 80 € order earns you 400 points.
- A 150 € order earns you 750 points.
- A 200 € order earns you 1,000 points.
2. You convert your points into a discount
As soon as you have accumulated 2,000 points, you can convert them into a discount coupon.
100 Cruet Points = 1 € discount
Examples:
- 1,000 points = 10 € discount, but not yet usable.
- 1,500 points = 15 € discount, but not yet usable.
- 2,000 points = 20 € discount.
Conversion is possible starting from 2,000 points, equivalent to a 20 € discount.
Points are calculated based on the actual amount paid for products, after any discounts are applied and excluding delivery fees.
Always use the same email address for your customer account and your orders so that your Cruet Points are correctly associated with your profile.
How do I access my points?
The loyalty program can be accessed via the button at the bottom of your screen.
- On desktop, click on "Loyalty Program".
- On mobile, click on "My loyalty points".
Once the panel is open, follow the instructions to create your account or log in using the email address used for your orders.
From this interface, you will be able to view:
- your Cruet Points balance;
- points earned on your orders;
- available rewards;
- any referral benefits you may have.
How do I use my points?
Your Cruet Points can be converted directly into a discount coupon from the loyalty program interface.
Points can be redeemed starting from 2,000 points, which equals a €20 discount.
- Open the loyalty program.
- Choose the number of points to use.
- Generate your discount coupon.
- Use it for your next online order.
Two separate loyalty programs
Online store
Purchases made on the website allow you to accumulate Cruet Points in your online loyalty account.
These points can only be used on the online store.
Winery cellar
Purchases made directly at the cellar contribute to your in-store loyalty account.
These benefits can be viewed and used only at the cellar.
Points earned on the website are not added to your cellar loyalty account.
Similarly, points earned at the cellar cannot be used on the online store.
