| Terroir | Torrent fans are largely dominant. Coming from the foothills of Arclusaz, their pebble content varies and the matrix can be sandy, more silty, sometimes even clayey-silty. The limestone content varies from 0 to 40%. Plot selection in the communes of St Pierre d'Albigny, Frèterive and Cruet. |
| Winemaking | Hand-picked. Whole bunches. Vinification begins with carbonic maceration followed by vatting for 8 to 10 days to extract a maximum of tannin and coloring matter. |
