Torrent fans are largely dominant. Coming from the foothills of Arclusaz, their pebble content varies and the matrix can be sandy, more silty, sometimes even clayey-silty. The limestone content varies from 0 to 40%. Plot selection in the communes of St Pierre d'Albigny, Frèterive and Cruet.

Features

Terroir Torrent fans are largely dominant. Coming from the foothills of Arclusaz, their pebble content varies and the matrix can be sandy, more silty, sometimes even clayey-silty. The limestone content varies from 0 to 40%. Plot selection in the communes of St Pierre d'Albigny, Frèterive and Cruet.
Winemaking Hand-picked. Whole bunches. Vinification begins with carbonic maceration followed by vatting for 8 to 10 days to extract a maximum of tannin and coloring matter.
Tasting Garnet color with mauve highlights. Elegant, fruity nose with floral notes. Full-bodied palate with spicy hints, supported by supple tannins.
Alcohol level 12% vol.
Serving temperature 15 to 18°
Guard 5 to 8 years old
