Behind its intense purple color with violet highlights, Mondeuse Sublime reveals aromas of ripe black fruits, accompanied by floral and spicy notes. Its palate is structured and delicious, with delicately structured tannins and a subtle minerality that gives it a beautiful length.
Terroir and Vinification
Grown on clay-limestone soils and exposed to the south-eastern sun, this cuvée is produced from hand-picked whole bunches, followed by careful vinification including maceration and punching down. This process allows the full essence of the Mondeuse grape variety to be extracted for a perfect balance between power and finesse.
