A light, spicy organic Mondeuse full of alpine freshness

A garnet color with tawny highlights, a nose of fresh red fruits and violets, with a lovely peppery touch. On the palate, it seduces with its roundness, light structure, and a smooth, spicy finish.
An accessible organic red wine, with no added sulfites, ideal for lovers of digestible and sincere wines.

Serve slightly chilled, simply paired with a charcuterie board, a gratin dauphinois, or a melting Tomme de Savoie.

Terroir and vinification

Cultivated on the sunny clay-limestone hillsides of Cruet, this Mondeuse benefits from a temperate climate favorable to its natural development.
