The subtle combination of different grape varieties (Jacquère, Chardonnay and Altesse) and 2 years of aging give this blend a fruity freshness with floral notes. Elegant on the palate, supported by the finesse of the bubbles. This sparkling wine will be greatly appreciated as an aperitif or after a meal.

Features

Terroir Clay-limestone soil. South-southeast. Temperate climate.
Winemaking Hand-picked in perforated vats. Separation of the pressed juices (cuvée and pruning). Natural fermentation for at least 12 months. Cuvée composed of a minimum of 60% Savoyard grape varieties (Jacquère and Altesse), Chardonnay completes this blend.
Tasting A subtle blend of different grape varieties. Fruity freshness with floral notes. Elegant palate supported by the finesse of the bubbles.
Alcohol level 12.5% vol.
