Our AOP at the Cave des vins fines de Cruet

The AOP (or Protected Designation of Origin) label guarantees the typicality of a wine in its area of appellation of origin.

For a wine to be labeled AOP, its production must meet the standards of very strict specifications, including:

• The production area
• The grape varieties
• The yield
• The minimum alcohol content
• The entire production and winemaking cycle (from growing the vines to bottling in the AOP area)
• Inspection of vineyards and wine cellars by an independent inspection body
• The tasting
