Mondeuse Blanche is a forgotten Savoyard grape variety that the winemakers of Cave de Cruet have revived. With more than 5 hectares planted worldwide, each bottle is precious and represents a true treasure.
The pale yellow color with pearly green highlights catches the eye at first glance. On the nose, aromas of mirabelle plums and pear blend to offer a pleasant sensory experience.
On the palate, Mondeuse Blanche is light and elegant, with a lovely freshness and subtle aromas that delight the taste buds. It is a delicious white wine that pairs perfectly with aperitifs, lake and river fish, and Savoyard cheeses.
