Our Chignin Bergeron won the silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2024. The flagship of Savoie wines, the Roussane grape variety produces a powerful wine with aromas of hazelnuts and apricots. Beautiful gold color. Leave to age for 2 to 3 years to enhance its complex aromas. Very pleasant as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with fish and seafood pastries.

Features

Terroir Clay-limestone soil. South, south-east exposure. Temperate climate.
Winemaking Destemmed harvest. Pressing, cold settling, alcoholic fermentation under temperature control. Filtration on earth and malolactic fermentation.
Tasting The flagship of Savoie wines. It develops notes of hazelnut and apricot. Beautiful golden color. Let it age for 2 to 3 years to enhance its complex aromas.
Alcohol level 12.5% vol.
Serving temperature between 12 and 13°
