A white of character, full of finesse.
Born on the clay-limestone slopes of the Combe de Savoie, this 100% Roussanne Ambre cuvée seduces with its balance of floral freshness and mineral roundness. Behind its clear appearance lies a delicate wine with aromas of white flowers, sweet spices, and ripe fruit.
The palate, supple and elegant, reveals a lovely, slightly saline length that hints at the full aging potential of this cuvée. Served chilled, Ambre is a perfect accompaniment to your aperitifs, as well as scallops, fish in sauce, or roasted vegetable dishes.
🍷 Tasting tip: Serve between 12 and 13°C. Can be aged for 5 years.
