Features

Terroir Clay-limestone soil. South, south-east exposure. Temperate climate.
Winemaking Selected plots from the Combe de Savoie. Destemmed harvest. Pressing, settling, alcoholic fermentation under temperature control. Filtration on land and malolactic fermentation.
Tasting Crystal clear color. Aromas of white flowers and lemony citrus. Mineral and sparkling notes on the palate.
Alcohol level 11.5% vol.
Serving temperature 8 to 10°
