Elegant Vin de Savoie with complex aromas, both fruity and floral, with an amber hue. Best enjoyed as an aperitif or with fish in sauce or white meats.

Characteristics

 Terroir  Clay-limestone soil. South, south-east exposure. Temperate climate.
Vinification Destemmed harvest. Pressing, settling, alcoholic fermentation under temperature control. Earth filtration and malolactic fermentation. Aged in oak barrels which gives the wine a light woody note.
Tasting An elegant wine with complex aromas, it develops a toasted and grilled bread nose. Round and powerful on the palate with hints of vanilla.
Alcohol content 12% vol.
Serving temperature 12°
Aging potential 3 to 4 years
