An elegant Savoie wine with complex aromas, both fruity and floral, and an amber color. Enjoy as an aperitif or with fish in sauce or white meats.

Features

Terroir Clay-limestone soil. South, south-east exposure. Temperate climate.
Winemaking Destemmed harvest. Pressing, settling, alcoholic fermentation under temperature control. Filtration on land and malolactic fermentation. Aging in oak barrels which gives the wine a light woody note.
Tasting An elegant wine with complex aromas, it develops a toasted and toasted nose. Round and powerful on the palate with hints of vanilla.
Alcohol level 12.5% vol.
Serving temperature 12°
Guard 3 to 4 years
