Terroir and Vinification

Grown on southeast-facing clay-limestone soils, this Crémant enjoys ideal conditions to express the richness of its Savoyard terroir. Hand-harvested grapes ensure rigorous selection of the grapes, while a natural fermentation period of at least 12 months refines its unique character.

Features

Terroir Clay-limestone soil. South-southeast. Temperate climate.
Winemaking Hand-picked in perforated vats. Separation of the pressed juices (cuvée and pruning). Natural fermentation for at least 12 months. Cuvée composed of a minimum of 60% Savoyard grape varieties (Jacquère and Altesse), Chardonnay completes this blend.
Tasting A subtle blend of different grape varieties. Fruity freshness with floral notes. Elegant palate supported by the finesse of the bubbles.
Alcohol level 12.5% vol.
