Terroir and winemaking
Sourced from clay-limestone soils with a south-easterly exposure, this Crémant benefits from conditions particularly favorable to the expression of Savoyard grape varieties.
The grapes are harvested by hand to preserve their quality and freshness. A natural secondary fermentation of at least 12 months then refines the bubbles and develops the full finesse of the vintage.
A Crémant for moments worth celebrating
Whether as an aperitif, during a festive meal, or simply to share a good moment, this Crémant de Savoie naturally finds its place at the table.
It pairs particularly well with:
- seafood and fish;
- poultry and refined appetizers;
- soft-rind cheeses;
- light and fruity desserts.
A fresh, elegant Crémant de Savoie that is now a Gold Medal winner, perfect for opening for both grand occasions and the small moments that deserve to be celebrated.
