This dry and fruity Savoie wine offers a pale yellow color with green highlights and is distinguished by its unique mineral notes. Perfectly suited to accompany your fish and Savoie specialties, it has a nose of white fruits and citrus, and a fresh and powerful palate. Raised on a clay-limestone terroir with a southern, southeastern exposure, and careful vinification, it represents the excellence of our region.

Features

Terroir Clay-limestone soil. South, south-east exposure. Temperate climate.
Winemaking Destemmed harvest. Pressing, cold settling, alcoholic fermentation under temperature control. Cross-flow filtration.
Tasting Pale yellow color with green highlights. Nose of white fruits and citrus. Fresh and powerful on the palate with a mineral structure.
Alcohol level 11% vol.
Serving temperature 8 to 10°
