Terroir and Vinification

Grown on south-southeast facing clay-limestone soils, this Gamay enjoys a temperate climate that accentuates its aromas. Vinification includes careful destemming and a ten-day fermentation with pumping over and punching down, allowing the colors and tannins to be fully extracted for a balanced and harmonious wine.
