This fresh and delicious wine with notes of morello cherries reveals a structured palate. Its ruby red color with purple highlights will perfectly accompany your meals.

Features

Terroir Clay-limestone soil. South, south-east exposure. Temperate climate.
Winemaking During vatting, the juices are heated to extract the colors and aromas. Fermentation is spread over about ten days. Pumping over and punching down the cap give the wine structure. Aged partly in oak barrels.
Tasting Fresh and sweet wine with notes of morello cherries. Structured palate. Ruby red color with purple highlights.
Alcohol level 12.5% vol.
Serving temperature 12°
