This fresh and delightful wine with notes of morello cherry reveals a structured palate. Its ruby red color with violet highlights will perfectly accompany your meals.

Characteristics

 Terroir  Clay-limestone soil. South, south-east exposure. Temperate climate.
Vinification Upon vatting, the juices are heated to extract color and aromas. Fermentation lasts about ten days. Pumping over and punching down to structure the wine. Partially aged in oak barrels.
Tasting Fresh and delightful wine with notes of morello cherry. Structured palate. Ruby red color with violet highlights.
Alcohol content 12% vol.
Serving temperature 12°
Aging potential 1 to 3 years
