Honoring Altesse , a typical Savoyard grape variety, its citrus and floral aromas give it an unforgettable fragrance. Full and round on the palate. Beautiful amber color. Very pleasant as an aperitif, it can also be drunk throughout the meal.


Features

Terroir Clay-limestone soil. South, south-east exposure. Temperate climate.
Winemaking Destemmed harvest. Pressing, cold settling, alcoholic fermentation at 16°C. Tangential filtration.
Tasting Pale gold color. Refined, fruity nose with aromas of pear, with floral and honeyed notes, with a full, rich and harmonious palate.
Alcohol level 12.5% vol.
Serving temperature 12°
