| Terroir | Clay-limestone soil. Temperate climate. South/south-east exposure. |
| History | This grape variety is said to have been brought back from Cyprus by a Duke of Savoy. It is now typically Savoyard. |
| Winemaking | Destemmed harvest. Pressing, settling, alcoholic fermentation under temperature control. Malolactic fermentation. Aging in oak barrels for 8 to 10 months. |
| Tasting | Harvesting at maturity and aging in oak barrels give this vintage a nose with aromas of yellow fruits, and a fresh, smooth palate with toasted and vanilla notes. |
