Made from the Altesse grape variety, emblematic of Savoie white wines, this " Originel " vintage is part of the new committed range from Cave de Cruet. Grown organically and vinified without added sulfites, this Roussette expresses with purity all the freshness and richness of its terroir.

Its delicate nose reveals aromas of crisp pear, white fruits and citrus zest , supported by a subtle note of peppermint . On the palate, the balance is perfect: a soft substance, a controlled mineral freshness, and a tender finish which makes it a white wine of immediate pleasure , as well as a beautiful wine for laying down over 3 to 5 years.
