First of all, a sealed wine box can be stored for about six months . However, it is important to store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. A cellar or cool cupboard will be ideal for storing your wine box. Once opened, wine in a bag-in-box (BIB) will keep for 4 to 6 weeks without any form of oxidation. This is because the BIB's tap system prevents air from entering the container, which significantly reduces oxidation of the wine. However, it is still recommended to store the BIB in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight to maintain its quality and taste.
